A: P.Mauriat has a limited warranty period of one year on all of our instruments and accessories. Contact your P.Mauriat dealer regarding return authorization.

Q: Are custom colors or styles available?
A: Yes! Contact us regarding your wishes and we can give you an idea if it is possible. We need a longer leading time to process custom style orders. Our finishes are our own designs, so certain color and finish options may need an additional charge.Please contact your local dealer for more information on these special orders.

A: Better safe than sorry. P. Mauriat saxophones are packed with ABS or trekking cases and durable exporting carton to prevent damage while shipping.

Q: What is the difference of rolled tone holes between P. Mauriat and other brands?
A: P. Mauriat professional alto and tenor saxophones are also available with rolled tone holes “for superior pad fit” and resonance. P. Mauriat tone holes are fully extruded from the brass, unlike other products in the market claiming to replicate the rolled tone hole technique use a soldering method that cannot withstand prolonged play like our design does.
